Listed Hotel Redevelopment

This development in Cheshire includes the conversion and extension of a listed hotel into two houses. Conversion of an existing coach house into a single dwelling and the addition of 5 new build homes within the grounds. GTA were engaged for the design concept and planning stage design. The proposals received planning approval from Cheshire West and Chester Council April 2023.
